目的探讨奥氮平治疗老年性谵妄的方法及临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2009年10月至2012年3月间应用奥氮平治疗31例老年性谵妄患者的临床资料。结果治疗至起效时间1～3 d,至临床症状控制时间3～5 d;治疗1周后患者BPRS评分(23.2±3.5)分,与治疗前比较差异显著(P<0.05);31例中临床痊愈13例,显著进步12例,进步4例,无效2例,显效率80.6%。出现嗜睡3例、头痛2例,均自行缓解。结论奥氮平可显著改善老年性谵妄患者精神症状,不良反应轻微,临床应用安全、有效。
Objective To investigate the method and clinical efficacy of olanzapine in the treatment of senile delirium. Methods The clinical data of 31 patients with senile delirium treated with olanzapine from October 2009 to March 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The time from onset of treatment to the onset of effect was 1 to 3 days and the clinical symptom control time was 3 to 5 days. After 1 week of treatment, the BPRS score (23.2 ± 3.5) was significantly different from that before treatment (P <0.05) Clinical cure in 13 cases, significantly improved in 12 cases, improved in 4 cases, 2 cases, markedly effective rate was 80.6%. 3 cases appeared drowsiness, headache in 2 cases, all relieve itself. Conclusion Olanzapine can significantly improve the mental symptoms of elderly patients with delirium, mild adverse reactions, clinical application of safe and effective.
