本文研究了案例教学法对于保障基于工作过程导向的ERP沙盘实训课程教学效果的重要性和有益性。研究认为,ERP沙盘实训课程可以锻炼学生团队协作能力、应变能力、决策能力、分析能力、沟通能力、语言表达能力,在有限的课时中,教师课堂有效的教学案例设计是确保上述能力培养效果的有效手段之一,通过案例教学,能培养和锻炼学生的系统性思维。为了更好的达成上述教学效果,需要任课教师做到选择的案例内容适当、难度适宜,教师在案例教学中角色适当。
This paper studies the importance and benefits of case-based pedagogy to the teaching effectiveness of the ERP sand table training course based on the work process. The research shows that ERP sand table training course can train students’ team collaboration ability, adaptability, decision-making ability, analysis ability, communication ability and language expression ability. In a limited class hours, the effective teaching case design of teacher’s classroom is to ensure the above-mentioned ability cultivation One of the effective means, through case teaching, can cultivate and train students’ systematic thinking. In order to achieve the above teaching effect better, it is necessary for the teachers to choose the suitable case content and the appropriate degree of difficulty, and the role of teachers in the case teaching is appropriate.
