人事档案是记录职工调配、录用、职称、任免、考核、考察、培训、工资待遇、奖金等重要信息的材料。其能够记录和反映每位职工的德育、才能及成绩等信息,为人力资源部对每个人的管理与开发提供了重要依据。笔者根据企业制度改革后人事档案管理模式和管理方法,针对企业在职工档案管理方法中存在的缺陷和问题,分析该问题产生原因,并就如何科学管理人事档案进行深度的改良,使其更有效地利用人才信息。
