天津高银117大厦结构形式为巨型框架-核心筒-巨型斜撑多重结构抗侧力体系,其中巨型框架中的带状桁架作为一种新型的结构体系在超高层建筑中得到越来越广泛的应用,本工程包括九道环形带状桁架,其中大厦L6—L7层南北方向的带状桁架底部净空高度近40m,安装桁架时若搭设脚手架或胎架,需要的措施费用较高,且施工相对繁琐、工期较长。为此,在施工过程中选择合理的分段吊装,加设可靠安全的措施是解决问题的关键。首先,介绍该层大跨度无依附巨型带状桁架的分段;然后,叙述巨型带状桁架施工的选取及措施;最后,对117项目大跨度无依附巨型带状桁架施工进行总结。
