ICP-AES法测定福鼎白茶中铝及铅元素的含量及其溶出特性的研究

通过ICP法检测了四种福鼎白茶中铝及铅元素的含量及其溶出特性,比对不同等级的福鼎白茶,粗放管理与正常管理茶园中的同级别茶,以及新工艺白茶饼与散白茶中两种不同元素的含量以及溶出特性的差别。结果显示白毫银针中铝和铅元素含量比低等级的白牡丹低;而粗放管理茶园中茶叶的铝和铅元素含量与精细管理茶园相比差异并不显著;溶出率结果显示,新工艺白茶饼的元素溶出率较同级别传统工艺的白茶低。 The contents of aluminum and lead in the four kinds of Fuding white tea were determined by ICP method. The results showed that the content of aluminum and lead in Bailiwutao was lower than that of the lower rank white peony.
