烟草环斑病毒是我国检疫性有害生物,为防止该病毒传入国内,需建立快速的诊断和检测方法。将烟草环斑病毒的多克隆抗体吸附到磁性纳米颗粒上,研制出磁免疫层析检测试纸条。该试纸条可特异性检测烟草环斑病毒,检测部分提纯病毒的灵敏度为1μg/mL,检测烟草病汁液可稀释1000倍(重量/体积)。该试纸条和线虫传多面体病毒属的番茄环斑病毒、番茄黑环病毒、南芥菜花叶病毒和葡萄扇叶病毒未出现交叉反应,可用于烟草环斑病毒的现场检测。 Tobacco ring spot virus is a quarantine pest in our country.
