本文用液体闪烁测量法和放射自显影法,测定小鼠及人淋巴细胞在紫外线诱发下的DNA周期外合成(UDS),发现小鼠经γ射线照射后3-4d,其淋巴结和血液的淋巴细胞在UV照射后的UDS明显下降,抑制程度随γ照射剂量增加而加重,二者呈线性依赖关系。两例中度放射病人的外周血淋巴细胞的UDS水平也低于正常。研究结果说明γ射线对细胞修复功能的影响值得重视,UDS测定也可作为辐射敏感指标使用。
In this study, we used liquid scintillation measurement and autoradiography to determine the DNA cycle synthesis (UDS) of mice and human lymphocytes induced by ultraviolet radiation. We found that lymph nodes and blood lymphocytes were 3-4 days after the mice were irradiated with gamma rays. The UDS of cells after UV irradiation decreased significantly, and the degree of inhibition increased with the increase of γ radiation dose. The linear relationship between the two was linear. The UDS levels of peripheral blood lymphocytes in two moderately irradiated patients were also lower than normal. The results of the study indicate that the effects of γ-rays on cell repair function are worthy of attention, and UDS assays can also be used as indicators of radiation sensitivity.
