在基于桌面式虚拟现实的基础上,利用三维建模技术,对飞机维修过程中涉及到的维修对象、工具、设备、维修工人和维修厂房等建立模型之后,集成到虚拟的维修环境中,对飞机部件的维修过程在计算机上进行仿真,提前发现维修过程中的不合理操作,然后结合人机工效原理对维修过程进行修改和优化。DELMIA系统作为数字化工厂的代表,其强大的3D设计功能保证了飞机虚拟维修的可行性和可靠性。
Based on the desktop virtual reality, the 3D modeling technology is used to integrate the maintenance objects, tools, equipment, maintenance workers and maintenance workshops involved in the aircraft maintenance process into a virtual maintenance environment.
