为研究黑龙江省大豆胞囊线虫病的发生规律并探讨其防治技术,对不同品种、品种混播、不同耕作方式胞囊线虫病进行了田间鉴定。利用烘干称重法等对干物质积累、叶面积、单株胞囊数量和产量等方面进行调查。结果表明:选用抗线品种可有效地减少大豆植株根际胞囊的数量;品种混播对防治大豆胞囊线虫没有明显的效果;不同耕作方式中,原垄卡种产量高于其它方式。表明黑龙江省西部地区大豆胞囊线虫病可以通过应用抗线品种、不同耕作方式等防治措施进行有效控制,对进一步研究的方向进行了展望。
In order to study the occurrence of soybean cyst nematode disease in Heilongjiang Province and to explore its control techniques, the field identification of cyst nematode disease of different cultivars, mixed varieties and different tillage methods was conducted. Using dry weight method to investigate the accumulation of dry matter, leaf area, the number of cysts per plant and yield. The results showed that the selection of resistant varieties could effectively reduce the number of rhizosphere cysts in soybean plants. The mixed variety had no obvious effect on the control of soybean cyst nematode. Among the different tillage methods, the yield of the original ridge was higher than other methods. The results showed that Soybean cyst nematode disease in western area of Heilongjiang Province could be effectively controlled by applying anti-line variety and different tillage methods and so on. The direction of further research was also prospected.
