针对传统发夹型滤波器选择性和带外抑制不足等问题,于二分之一波长U形发夹型谐振器基础上,提出E形谐振器结构,并基于新型谐振器构成带通滤波器。利用仿真软件HFSS13.0设计实例,基板材料为MgTiO3陶瓷(?r=18,tanδ=0.000 07,基板厚度为0.8 mm),抽头馈线采用渐变阻抗馈电方式。新型带通滤波器仿真结果如下:中心频率为3.5 GHz,相对带宽为8%,带内插损小于0.03 dB,阻带抑制大于20 dB,基本满足3.36~3.64 GHz的通讯要求。
Aiming at the problems of the traditional hairpin filter selectivity and out-of-band suppression, the structure of the E-shaped resonator is proposed on the basis of a half-wavelength U-shaped hairpin resonator. A bandpass filter . Using the simulation software HFSS13.0 design example, the substrate material is MgTiO3 ceramic (? R = 18, tan? = 0.000 07, the substrate thickness of 0.8 mm), tapped feeder using a tapered impedance feed. The simulation results of the new band-pass filter are as follows: the center frequency is 3.5 GHz, the relative bandwidth is 8%, the in-band insertion loss is less than 0.03 dB and the stop band is greater than 20 dB, basically meeting the communication requirements of 3.36 ~ 3.64 GHz.
