[目的]以市售绿麦隆农药为原料,经纯化和混匀后,研制绿麦隆农药纯度标准物质。[方法]采用气相色谱-飞行时间质谱法(GC-TOF-MS)对绿麦隆进行结构鉴定。采用质量平衡法(MB)和差式扫描量热法(DSC)对绿麦隆进行纯度定值,并分别评价2种定值方法的不确定度。[结果]研制的绿麦隆农药纯度标准物质均匀性良好,稳定时间至少20个月,纯度保证值为99.7%,扩展不确定度为0.3%(k=2)。[结论]为环境中绿麦隆的分析检测提供量值溯源保证。
[Objective] The research aimed to develop the chlorogenic acid pesticide purity standard material by using the commercial chlorotolongon as raw material after being purified and mixed. [Method] The structure of Chloroplast was identified by gas chromatography-time of flight mass spectrometry (GC-TOF-MS). The purity of chlorotoluron was determined by mass balance method (MB) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and the uncertainty of the two methods was evaluated respectively. [Result] The developed chlorogenic acid pesticide purity standard substance had a good homogeneity, the stability time was at least 20 months, the purity guarantee value was 99.7% and the extended uncertainty was 0.3% (k = 2). [Conclusion] The research provided the traceability of the quantity for the analysis and detection of chlorotoluron in the environment.
