介绍了研究金属熔体中互扩散的掩膜方法， 报道了 Ｉｎ Ｂｉ 膜在熔融态时的非对称互扩散现象。实验结果表明掩膜方法是研究熔体扩散的有效的新手段。
The mask method of interdiffusion in metal melt is introduced and the phenomenon of asymmetric interdiffusion of In-Bi film in molten state is reported. Experimental results show that the mask method is an effective new method to study melt diffusion.
