This article describes a hybrid fourth-order phase-locked loop for tracking measurement equipment. The general type of loop transfer function and its equivalent noise bandwidth are given. The steady-state error and loop stability of dynamic signal tracking are discussed. Its traction range and acquisition time are described. The practical results of the main performance of a narrow-band hybrid fourth-order phase-locked loop for use on a device are given.
