有研究表明,人类体细胞具有del(13)(q14)的染色体畸变所导致的染色体重排亦是导致人类恶性肿瘤发生的一个重要机制。本文就14例视网膜母细胞瘤患者的外周血染色体进行G显带,脆性位点诱发等多种处理,探讨其染色体畸变、脆性位点与肿瘤发生的关系,报道如下:
