目的:用ROC曲线评价血清胱抑素C(CysC)水平在诊断糖尿病肾病早期肾功能损害的临床应用价值。方法:采用颗粒增强散射比浊法测定100例糖尿病肾病早期患者的血清CysC水平,同时测定血尿素氮(Bun)和血肌酐(Scr)水平,通过分析受试者特征工作曲线(ROC曲线)评价它们对评价糖尿病肾病早期肾功能损害的价值。结果:(1)糖尿病肾病早期组中CysC高于对照组(P<0.01);(2)血清Bun、Scr、CysC的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.716、0.781、0.954,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:血清CysC是反映糖尿病肾病患者早期肾损害的良好指标,而且优于血Bun、Scr。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of serum cystatin C (CysC) level in the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy with ROC curve. Methods: The levels of serum CysC in 100 patients with early stage of diabetic nephropathy were determined by particle-enhanced nephelometry. The levels of blood urea nitrogen (Bun) and serum creatinine (Scr) were measured at the same time. The characteristic curve (ROC curve) They are of value in assessing the early renal impairment of diabetic nephropathy. Results: (1) The CysC in the early diabetic nephropathy group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). (2) The areas under the ROC curve of the serum Bun, Scr and CysC were 0.716,0.781,0.954, respectively <0.01). Conclusion: Serum CysC is a good indicator of early renal damage in patients with diabetic nephropathy, and is superior to blood Bun and Scr.
