在深化企业内部改革中,做好有劣迹职工的帮教工作,化消极因素为积极因素,是思想政治工作的一个重要课题。我们采取了对劣迹职工实行跟踪帮教的办法,经过两年的实践,收到了比较明显的效果。我们分析了工厂以往对劣迹职工帮教工作的实际情况,感到有三个方面与新形势不相适应:一是帮教力量不足。由于大批老工人退休,新工人入厂,青工的比例已达70%以上,有的青工入厂前曾在社会上沾染了一些不良习气,有的是刑满释放人员,这些人员入厂后,增加了思想政治工作的难度,仅靠少数帮教骨干是远远不够的。二是帮教过程不连续。从劣迹职工的心理特点上看,由于他们

We have adopted a system of tracking and teaching our employees in cases of miscarriage. After two years of practice, we have received quite obvious results.
