尿道下裂的修复方法很多,各有优缺点。自1984年李氏最早应用阴囊纵隔血管蒂皮瓣修复尿道下裂以来,我院用此法一次完成尿道下裂修复手术共8例,现符体会介绍如下。一、临床资料 1.本组病例共8例,最小7岁、最大21岁。其中2例为阴囊型,6例为阴茎阴囊型。其中在外院行阴茎下曲矫正术改变不佳包括者4例,阴茎下曲矫正和尿道修复均一次完成手术。 2.结果:全组病例均修复成功。无尿道狭窄、尿瘘、尿道憩室以及修复术后感染等并发症,尿道外口均位于阴茎头部或冠状沟处。随访2～4年,疗效均佳。二、手术方法 1.矫正阴茎下曲:阴茎头部缝一牵引线、距阴茎腹侧冠状沟2～3mm处作与冠
