市场经济环境之下国民经济快速发展,跨行业跨地区经营已经成为大型企业集团的特点,在实行跨行业、跨地区的经营过程当中,集团公司往往需要集团公司面对下属企业的人力资源管控模式选择问题。笔者集中分析了直管型、监管型、顾问型三种人力资源管控模式,详细分析了每种模式的考量因素,并对当前企业集团提出了人力资源管控模式转型的建议。
