目的:查明北京市某郊区县2005年-2011年四起食源性疾患的原因,及时有效地发现、诊断并处理食源性疾患,为制定科学的防控策略提供依据。方法:对四起事件进行现场流行病学调查,依据相关国家标准方法对所采集的62件样品进行病原学检测。结果:前三起食源性疾患均因食用被副溶血性弧菌污染且加热不充分的海鲜类食品所致。第四起食源性疾患只在病人粪便中检测出,其它样品未分离出副溶血性弧菌。从采集到的62件样品中共检测出副溶血性弧菌26株,阳性率41.9%。结论:要高度重视海鲜类食品加工安全,控制食源性致病菌的污染。同时,做好对餐饮企业的食品安全监督管理,落实餐饮企业食品留样制度,以便及时查明食源性疾患的原因。另外应加大食品安全宣传力度,提高民众预防食源性疾患的能力。
OBJECTIVE: To identify the causes of four food-borne diseases in a suburban area in Beijing from 2005 to 2011, to find, diagnose and treat food-borne diseases in time and effectively, and to provide the basis for formulating scientific prevention and control strategies. Methods: Field epidemiological investigation of four incidents was carried out, and 62 samples were collected for pathogen detection according to relevant national standard methods. Results: The first three food-borne diseases were caused by the consumption of seafood food contaminated with Vibrio parahaemolyticus and insufficient heating. The fourth foodborne illness was detected only in the patient’s feces, and the other samples did not isolate Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Totally 26 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected from 62 samples collected, the positive rate was 41.9%. Conclusion: We should attach great importance to the processing of seafood food safety, control of foodborne pathogens contamination. At the same time, do a good job on food safety supervision and management of catering enterprises, food enterprises to implement the system of food samples to stay in order to identify the cause of food-borne illness. In addition, efforts should be made to increase food safety awareness and improve people’s ability to prevent food-borne diseases.
