采用通用的CAD/CAE软件,建立了一个完整的气缸盖三维实体模型,并对该模型进行了三维热负荷分析。在试验测试的基础上,借助于汽油机准维循环模拟程序,获得了燃烧室工质的平均温度和对流换热系数;对于其他表面,特别是对进气道和排气道表面边界条件也进行了一定的研究,最后求得了该气缸盖的三维温度分布。采用这种方法对CBU100汽油机的三种强化方案进行了分析,获得了需要的强化方案。
Using the common CAD / CAE software, a complete three-dimensional solid model of the cylinder head was established, and the three-dimensional thermal load analysis of the model was carried out.
