目的研究RS_3对铅中毒大鼠的促排铅作用。方法将40只Wistar大鼠随机分成5组,对照组、铅染毒组、铅+4%RS_3组、铅+8%RS_3组、铅+12%RS_3组。铅染毒组和铅+x%RS_3组用2 g/L乙酸铅水溶液按体重10 mg/kg对大鼠进行灌胃,连续4周。铅+4%RS_3组、铅+8%RS_3组、铅+12%RS_3组饲喂含4%、8%、12%RS_3的饲料,连续40 d,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定全血、肝和肾中铅的含量。结果铅+4%RS_3组、铅+8%RS_3组、铅+12%RS_3组的全血、肝和肾中铅含量均低于模型组(P<0.05)。铅+4%RS_3组、铅+8%RS_3组、铅+12%RS_3组血铅清除率分别为46.64%、61.52%、70.05%,肝铅清除率分别为86.14%、85.85%、88.54%,肾铅清除率分别为26.16%、38.43%、36.31%。结论 RS_3对于铅中毒大鼠具有明显的促排铅作用。
Objective To study the role of RS_3 in promoting lead and lead in lead poisoning rats. Methods Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups: control group, lead poisoning group, lead + 4% RS_3 group, lead + 8% RS_3 group and lead + 12% RS_3 group. The blood lead clearance rates of lead + 4% RS_3, lead + 8% RS_3 and lead + 12% RS_3 were 46.64%, 61.52% and 70.05% respectively, and the clearance rate of lead was 86.14%, 85.85% and 88.54% Kidney lead clearance rates were 26.16%, 38.43%, 36.31%. Conclusion RS_3 has a significant lead-promoting effect on lead poisoning rats.
