缝隙连接可构成细胞间通讯网络,对细胞的新陈代谢、内环境稳定、增殖分化和凋亡等生理过程起重要的调控作用。近年来研究发现,缝隙连接与肺发育及肺部炎症性疾病的病理生理学机制密切相关,如急性肺损伤、哮喘、囊性纤维化、特发性肺纤维化及肺高压等。因此,调控缝隙连接来阻断相应疾病的发生发展,有希望为呼吸系统疾病的治疗提供新靶点。“,”Gap junctions can constitute an intercellular communication network, and play an important role in regulating the physiological processes of cell metabolism, homeostasis, proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis.Recent studies have found that gap junctions are closely related to the pathophysiology of lung development and pulmonary inflammatory diseases, such as acute lung injury, asthma, cystic fibrosis, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, and pulmonary hypertension.Therefore, regulating gap junctions to block the occurrence and development of corresponding diseases is expected to provide new targets for the treatment of respiratory diseases.
