目的：术前备皮与不备皮对肝叶切除后切口感染的影响进行分析探讨。方法：随机抽取2006年3月至2014年6月在昆明医科大学第一附属医院肝胆外二科进行肝叶切除术患者204例，将其分为备皮组和不备皮组，两组患者手术方式相同，对这两组患者术后切口愈合情况进行比较分析。结果：经比较分析，不备皮组切口愈合与备皮组切口愈合时间相同，无明显差异性。“,”Objective To investigate and analysis the impact of preoperative skin preparation and no skin preparation of wound infection after liver resection.Methods Randomly selected from March 2006 to June 2014 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University Second Department of Hepatobiliary outside were 204 cases of liver resection patients will be divided into skin preparation group and non-skin preparation group, two groups with same surgical operation, to analysis and comparative the wound healing condition of two groups.Results By comparison analysis, no skin preparation group wound healing and skin preparation group healing incision is same , no significant difference.
