由我公司施工的江苏省武进市行政中心102号办公楼,是一座现代化的“三 A”级办公楼,建筑面积约12200m~2,6层,框架结构。集照明、消防自动报警、办公自动控制系统、安全保卫系统和计算机网络系统等为一体,预埋工程量大,管线复杂,而且由于工期紧,在施工控制网络图中没有给电气预埋安排时间,电气预埋和土建配合难度较大,其中最突出的矛盾就是现浇混凝土顶板的电气预埋。在研究了施工控制网络图后,我们采取的总施工方案是:结合土建施工,现浇混凝土顶板管线预埋与墙体管线预埋穿插进行。顶板预埋采取化整为零的方法:做好施工准备,取消部分管线,留待以后在墙体和
The office building of No. 102 Administrative Center of Wujin City in Jiangsu Province constructed by our company is a modern “Three A” class office building with a building area of approximately 12,200m~2,6 floors and a frame structure. It integrates lighting, fire alarm, office automation system, security system and computer network system. It has a large amount of pre-embedded projects and complicated pipelines. Due to the tight schedule, no time is allocated for electrical embedding in the construction control network diagram. Electrically embedded and civil works are difficult to match. The most prominent contradiction is the electrical pre-embedding of cast-in-place concrete roofs.
