压陷阻力是带式输送机主要的运行阻力,运用适当的方法对其进行分析计算,在带式输送机设计和应用研究中具有重要的意义。在讨论了带式输送机压陷阻力形成机理的基础上,推导了压陷阻力的近似计算公式。该公式利用Winkler基础假设来简化分析模型,运用黏弹性材料的标准线性固体模型描述胶带下覆盖层材料的力学特性。给出的算例表明,该公式的计算结果与求解带式输送机压陷阻力其它公式得到的结果十分吻合。
The pressure resistance is the main running resistance of the belt conveyor. Using appropriate methods to analyze and calculate it, it has important significance in the research of belt conveyor design and application. Based on the discussion of the forming mechanism of the pressure resistance of belt conveyer, the approximate formula of the pressure resistance is deduced. The formula uses Winkler’s basic assumptions to simplify the analysis of the model, using a standard linear solid model of viscoelastic material to describe the mechanical properties of the overlay material under the tape. The given examples show that the calculated results of this formula are in good agreement with those obtained by solving other formulas for the pressure resistance of belt conveyors.
