航空部稀土电机及功能材料协作网工作会议于1987年7月26～28日于西安市西北工业大学召开。 参加会议的有航空部、冶金部、中科院、有色金属工业总公司、电子部等部门所属三十一个单位,共五十名代表。 会议主要任务是讨论和通过协作网章程、交流技术信息,落实重点攻关项目。根据全国稀土七五规划
The Department of Aerospace Rare Earth Motors and Functional Materials Collaborative Network Working Conference was held on July 26-28, 1987 at Northwestern Polytechnical University in Xi’an. The conference was attended by 31 departments of the Ministry of Aviation, the Ministry of Metallurgy, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the General Corporation of Nonferrous Metals, and the Department of Electronics, with a total of 50 representatives. The main task of the meeting is to discuss and pass the charter of the network, exchange technical information, and implement key research projects. According to the National Seventh Five-Year Plan
