阐述传统产品工程设计中存在的弊端,提出利用UGwave中的控制结构技术实现产品系统工程设计的方法。对控制结构的功能、实施要点进行研究,说明如何利用控制结构中的起始部件和子系统的连接部件的相互关联性,实现产品顶层设计的主导性和各子系统的相对设计独立性,并用工程实例说明产品系统工程设计的具体实施过程,结果表明利用该模式可以真正进行团队间的协同工作、并行设计。
Describes the shortcomings of the traditional product engineering design, and puts forward the method of using the control structure technology in UGwave to realize the product system engineering design. This paper studies the functions and implementation points of the control structure and shows how to make use of the interrelationship between the starting components in the control structure and the connecting components of the subsystem to achieve the dominant design of the top layer of the product and the relative design independence of each subsystem. An example is given to illustrate the concrete implementation process of product system engineering design. The results show that this model can truly work together and design in parallel.
