本文是从消费者价值的视角研究家电企业价值提升的问题。本文研究设计了基于消费者价值的家电企业价值提升评价模型,首先确定消费者价值指标体系,接着使用层次分析法为消费者价值指标赋以权重,最后用模糊综合评价法对企业价值进行模糊评价。其中还设计了消费者价值的满意度调查问卷,用于消费者价值指标的量化获取。
This article is from the perspective of consumer value research appliance appliance enterprises to enhance the value of the problem. This paper studies and designs the evaluation model of household electrical appliance enterprise value based on consumer value. Firstly, the consumer value index system is determined, and then the analytic hierarchy process is used to give weight to the consumer value index. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the value of the enterprise. . Which also designed a consumer satisfaction survey questionnaire for the quantitative acquisition of consumer value indicators.
