Lead is one of the earliest metal used in human beings. It is widely used in modern industry and is a major environmental pollutant. It can be inhaled by the human respiratory tract and digestive tract and excreted by the kidneys after being metabolized in the body. With the progress of science and technology, the determination of blood lead has also been continuously improved.
