我们的社会是组织化了的社会,组织是社会的构成要素,也是社会的缩影。通过对组织中的信任与合作的研究,可以发现社会健全的正确路径。近代以来,组织的发展所走的是一条科学化的路径,在组织管理中更多地强调科学的制度、结构和行为模式的设计,这造成了组织信任的失落和合作的不张。在自觉地推动社会进步的进程中,我们应从信任的重建入手,自觉地培育合作关系,并通过合作制组织的建构而为和谐社会目标的实现提供历史性的准备。
Our society is a organized society, which is a component of society and a microcosm of society. Through the study of trust and cooperation in the organization, we can find out the right path for our society to be sound. Since the modern times, the development of the organization has taken a scientific approach. In the organization and management, more emphasis has been put on the design of the scientific system, structure and mode of conduct. This has led to the loss of organizational trust and the lack of cooperation. In the process of consciously promoting social progress, we should start from the reconstruction of trust, consciously foster cooperation and provide historic preparation for the realization of the goal of a harmonious society through the construction of cooperative organizations.
