目的:观察脑卒中并发吞咽功能障碍老年患者肠内营养支持的临床效果。方法:采用抽签法将我院呼吸内科2014年1月-2015年1月收治的脑卒中并发吞咽功能障碍老年患者103例分为两组,对照组51例给予鼻饲管饮食护理,观察组52例给予经皮内镜胃造口饮食护理,观察对比两组患者在治疗4周后的神经功能及营养指标。结果:观察组神经功能受损情况的改善优于对照组(P<0.05),且营养指标下降程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经皮内镜胃造口饮食护理能够通过肠内营养改善脑卒中并发吞咽功能障碍老年患者的神经受损情况及营养状况,效果确切,安全可靠,值得临床应用及推广。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of enteral nutrition support in elderly patients with stroke and swallowing dysfunction. METHODS: 103 elderly patients with stroke and swallowing dysfunction admitted to our department of respiratory medicine from January 2014 to January 2015 were enrolled in this study. The control group was divided into two groups, 51 cases in the control group were given diet nursing. The observation group included 52 cases Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy diet nursing was given. The neurological function and nutritional indexes of the two groups were compared after 4 weeks treatment. Results: The improvement of neurological impairment in observation group was better than that of control group (P <0.05), and the decrease of nutrition index was significantly lower than that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy diet nursing can improve the neurological impairment and nutritional status of elderly patients with stroke complicated with dysphagia by enteral nutrition. The results are accurate, safe and reliable, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
