采用三唑类复配剂秧苗健壮灵浸种,能有效控制水稻秧苗的伸长生长,促进分蘖发生,降低苗高,增加分蘖,使秧苗忍耐干旱和低温的能力显著增强。秧苗健壮灵浸种之后,秧苗体内GAs和IAA含量显著降低,平均比对照(清水浸种)降低58.7%和55.4%;ABA和iPAs含量明显增加,平均比对照增加32.2%和35.4%,这是秧苗健壮灵调节水稻秧苗生长的主要机理。秧苗健壮灵浸种能明显减缓干旱和低温胁迫过程中SOD、CAT活性的下降和MDA的积累,促进ABA含量的增加,这是秧苗健壮灵增强水稻秧苗抗逆能力的主要生理基础。
The use of triazole compound seedling robust seedling soaking, can effectively control the elongation of rice seedling growth, promote tillering, reduce seedling height, increase tillering, seedling tolerance drought tolerance and low temperature significantly enhanced. Compared with the control (fresh water soaking), the contents of GAs and IAA in the seedlings decreased significantly by 58.7% and 55.4%, respectively. The content of ABA and iPAs increased obviously with an average increase of 32.2% and 35% compared with the control .4%, which is the main mechanism by which seedlings grow strong and regulate the growth of rice seedlings. Seedling robust seedling soaking can significantly reduce the SOD and CAT activity and MDA accumulation and promote the increase of ABA content in the process of drought and cold stress, which is the main physiological basis of seedling robust and enhanced resilience of rice seedling.
