磷是植物生长发育的三大营养原素之一。据1957年中国农科院调查,我国约有50%的土壤缺磷,故应开辟各种途径解决磷肥来源问题。近半个世纪以来,不少文献报导了磷细菌可改善土壤磷素营养和提高作物产量。1975年我们筛选了溶解磷矿粉的无机磷霉菌 Fo28,它是目前国内溶磷较高菌之一。据三年的盆栽试验,用此菌溶解磷矿粉,施入油菜,可使籽粒增多,籽粒饱满并使种子含磷量增加;在较肥的土壤里,还提前成熟4—6天。一、试验材料和方法1.试验材料:供试用土,先后采用两种,一种取自本所桃园,前茬为大豆,肥
Phosphorus is one of the three major nutrients that plant growth and development. According to a survey conducted by the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 1957, about 50% of China’s soil is deficient in phosphorus, so it should open up various ways to solve the problem of source of phosphate fertilizer. For nearly half a century, many literatures reported that phosphorus bacteria can improve soil phosphorus nutrition and increase crop yield. In 1975, we screened the inorganic phosphorous fungus Fo28 which dissolves the phosphate rock powder, which is one of the higher phosphorus-dissolving bacteria in our country. According to the three-year pot experiment, using this fungus to dissolve phosphate rock powder and apply it into rape can increase the number of kernels and make the seeds full and increase the phosphorus content of the seeds.
