为研究干扰素γ(interferonγ,IFN-γ)对人晶体上皮细胞(HLEC)增殖及胶原合成的影响,采用MTT比色法和3H-脯氨酸参入法研究了不同浓度的γ-干扰素对HLEC增殖活性及胶原合成的作用。结果IFN-γ(100—1000u)能明显抑制HLEC的增殖和胶原合成,1000—10000u能显著对抗10%小牛血清对HLEC的促增殖作用。结论IFN-γ或许可以为临床筛选预防后发性白内障的药物提供依据
In order to study the effect of IFN-γ on the proliferation and collagen synthesis of human lens epithelial cells (HLECs), MTT assay and 3H-proline incorporation assay were used to study the effects of different concentrations of interferon-γ Proliferation of HLEC and the role of collagen synthesis. Results IFN-γ (100-1000u) significantly inhibited HLEC proliferation and collagen synthesis, and 1000-10000u significantly inhibited the proliferation of HLEC induced by 10% fetal bovine serum. Conclusion IFN-γ may provide a basis for clinical screening of drugs for preventing post-cataract
