本文主要对K3合金导向叶片裂纹的清理及补钎进行了研究。对叶片裂纹内部氧化物的去除采用了真空净化,真空中氟化物处理和氩气中氟化物处理三种方法进行了试验。借助于俄歇能谱仪(AES)对叶片裂纹表面氧化膜及叶片表面渗铝层的去除情况进行了分析和研究,最后对清理过的裂纹进行了补钎。结果表明,这项技术用于叶片裂纹的修复是完全可行的,对其它材料的叶片和发动机零件的修理也有推广应用的价值。
In this paper, the crack of K3 alloy guide vane is studied. The internal oxidation of the blade cracks using vacuum purification, vacuum fluoride treatment and argon fluoride treatment of three methods were tested. By means of Auger energy dispersive spectrometer (AES), the removal of the oxide films on the surface of the blade cracks and the aluminized layer on the blade surface were analyzed and studied. Finally, the cleaned cracks were repaired. The results show that this technique is completely feasible for the repair of blade cracks. It is also valuable for the repair of blades and engine parts of other materials.
