用水蒸气蒸馏法提取细风轮菜挥发油,用毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用法结合计算机检索对其化学成分进行了分析和鉴定,结果显示,从细风轮菜挥发油中鉴定出31个化合物,占挥发油色谱总峰面积的97.60%。用气相色谱峰面积归一化法测定了各组分的相对质量分数,细风轮菜挥发油中相对质量分数较高的成分是反-7,11-二甲基-3-亚甲基-1,6,10-十二碳三烯(21.81%)、1-辛烯-3-醇(16.99%)、顺-3-己烯醇(9.80%)、丙二醇(6.19%)、石竹烯(6.18%)。
The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry combined with computer retrieval. The results showed that 31 compounds were identified from the volatile oil of Napieria viride, accounting for the volatile oil. 97.60% of the total peak area of the chromatogram. The relative mass fraction of each component was determined by gas chromatographic peak area normalization method. The component with relatively high relative mass fraction in the volatile oil of Pinellia philoxeroides was trans-7,11-dimethyl-3-methylene-1. ,6,10-dodecatriene (21.81%), 1-octen-3-ol (16.99%), cis-3-hexenol (9.80%), propylene glycol (6.19%), caryophyllene (6.18) %).
