随着高职院校人事制度改革的不断深入及现代人力资源管理理论的影响,高职院校绩效考核取得了很大程度上的进步,考核工作开始步入更多元化、更精细化的科学管理阶段,但仍有一些问题普遍存在。本文对高职院校的绩效考核工作进行了全面的剖析,分析了绩效考核存在的问题,并在此基础上,提出了加强高职院校管理人员绩效考核的具体对策,旨在提高高职院校的管理水平。
