采用全自动生化分析仪对１１５例健康人及８７例甲型肝炎患者血清中的氨基丙酸转氨酶和总胆汁酸进行了测定，正常范围ＡＬＴ：２１．６０±１４．２９ｕ／Ｌ，ＴＢＡ：５．１４±２．４３μｍｏｌ／Ｌ。结果表明，ＡＬＴ与ＴＢＡ均是非常灵敏的肝功能指标。在甲型肝炎的治疗过程中ＴＢＡ比ＡＬＴ下降更明显，且在甲肝患者中ＡＬＴ与ＴＢＡ呈正相关，在健康对照组中ＡＬＴ与ＴＢＡ呈弱的正相关。
Serum alanine aminotransferase and total bile acid in 115 healthy people and 87 patients with hepatitis A were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer. The normal range of ALT was 21.60 ± 14.29u / L, TBA was 5 .14 ± 2.43 μmol / L. The results show that, ALT and TBA are very sensitive indicators of liver function. In the course of treatment of hepatitis A, TBA was more obvious than that of ALT. There was a positive correlation between ALT and TBA in patients with hepatitis A and a weak positive correlation between ALT and TBA in healthy controls.
