目的:进一步提高复方五味子酊的质量标准。方法:对复方五味子酊中五味子、枸杞子采用薄层色谱法进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定复方五味子酊中五味子醇甲的含量,色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(65:35),柱温为30℃,流速为1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长为250 nm。结果:五味子、枸杞子薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照品无干扰。五味子醇甲对照品在43.32~1058 ng范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为98.13%,RSD%为1.27%(n=6)。结论:该方法简单、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,能有效的控制该制剂的质量。
Objective: To further improve the quality standards of compound Schisandra tincture. Methods: Schisandra and Fructus Lycii in compound Schisandra tincture were qualitatively identified by TLC. The content of Schisandra chinensis A in compound Schisandra tincture was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The column was Kromasil C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) , The mobile phase was methanol-water (65:35), the column temperature was 30 ℃, the flow rate was 1.0 m L · min-1 and the detection wavelength was 250 nm. Results: Schisandra, medlar TLC spots clear, negative control without interference. The reference standard of schisandrin was linear in the range of 43.32 ~ 1058 ng (r = 0.9998). The average recovery was 98.13% and the RSD% was 1.27% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, sensitive, reproducible, and can effectively control the quality of the preparation.
