以杭州某地下式污水处理厂桩基设计方案为例,探讨长螺旋钻孔压灌桩在杭州地区坚硬砂质土层中应用的经济性、可行性、适应性等问题。对沉管灌注桩、长螺旋钻孔压灌桩、振冲碎石桩、旋挖成孔灌注桩等桩基设计方案进行对比,并对抗浮设计方案的经济性和环境噪声限值符合性做出分析,介绍了本工程中采用长螺旋钻孔压灌桩施工的关键技术。长螺旋钻孔压灌桩在杭州地区应用较少,通过分析对比,发现小直径长螺旋钻孔压灌桩作为本工程抗浮桩时具有经济性高、噪声小、无振动、无挤土、穿透力强等特点。
Taking an underground sewage treatment plant in Hangzhou as an example, this paper discusses the economic, feasibility and adaptability of the long auger - injection piles in the hard sandy soil in Hangzhou area. The design schemes of pile foundation such as immersed pipe pouring pile, long auger boring compaction piles, vibro replacement stone piles and rotary pored perforated piles are compared, and the economic and environmental noise limit conformance of anti-floating design scheme is compared Out of the analysis, introduced the key technology of long screw auger irrigation filling pile construction in this project. Long spiral auger bored piles are less used in Hangzhou area. Through analysis and comparison, it is found that small diameter long auger bored piles as economic anti-floating piles with high diameter, low noise, no vibration, Penetration and other characteristics.
