循环流化床锅炉燃烧过程具有时变、非线性、大惯性及纯滞后的特点,因此生产现场采用传统的PID控制系统控制效果不理想,尤其是主蒸汽压力控制系统超调量很大,调整时间太长。为了改善这种状况,将自抗扰控制(ADRC)技术应用到主蒸汽压力控制系统中,并在不同运行工况下,加入设定值扰动,对主蒸汽压力ADRC控制系统进行大量仿真研究表明,ADRC系统的稳定性、最大超调量和调节过程时间等控制性能指标均优于常规PID控制系统。
