菜豆引起食物中毒在我国广泛发生,但由于缺乏单行的诊断标准,基层在现场处置与防控工作缺乏指导,规范程度差。该文复习中国菜豆食物中毒文献25篇,重点对中毒机理(皂甙与血细胞凝集素为主)、临床表现与诊治、流行病学、检测方法进行整理分析,提出基层防控菜豆引起的食物中毒在现场处置、防控预警、健康教育三方面需提升精准性与规范性。
Beans caused by food poisoning widespread in our country, but due to the lack of single-line diagnostic criteria, grassroots disposition in the field and prevention and control of the lack of guidance, poor standardization. The article reviews 25 Chinese food bean poisoning literature, focusing on the toxic mechanism (saponin and hemagglutinin-based), clinical manifestations and diagnosis and treatment, epidemiology, detection methods for finishing analysis, put forward grassroots control bean poisoning caused by food poisoning in On-site disposal, prevention and control of early warning, health education in three areas need to improve accuracy and normative.
