在反应温度430℃,压力0.1 MPa,液时空速1 h-1的反应条件下,以75~120℃催化裂化(FCC)汽油馏分为原料,在实验室连续固定床反应装置上考察了不同改性HZSM-5催化剂的降烯烃芳构化反应性能。实验结果表明,经过水热处理的Zn-P/HZSM-5催化剂具有较好的降烯烃芳构化活性及稳定性,原料中烯烃转化率达82.76%,而液相产品中烯烃质量分数及芳烃质量分数分别为7.36%,70.78%,且产品中甲苯质量分数最大达28.47%。
Under the reaction conditions of reaction temperature of 430 ℃, pressure of 0.1 MPa and liquid hourly space velocity of 1 h-1, FCC FCC gasoline was used as raw material in a continuous fixed-bed reactor at 75 ~ 120 ℃. The experimental results show that the hydrothermal Zn-P / HZSM-5 catalyst has a better olefin aromatization activity and stability, the olefin conversion rate of raw materials was 82.76%, while the liquid product of olefin mass fraction and aromatic mass The scores were 7.36% and 70.78% respectively, and the highest toluene content in the product reached 28.47%.
