医师的处方药物通常都面临疗效和毒性两个方面的平衡,药物遗传学主要研究遗传因素如何影响机体对药物的反应,从而能够有效选择接受治疗的个体,消除难以预测的不良反应。药物遗传学也用来确定有最小益处或较好疗效的目标人群。由于慢性疾病对药物的反应错综复杂且有多种因素共同参与,正如人们所致力的靶向治疗一样,未来的药物研究将包括检测多种遗传因素的相互作用。本文主要讨论涉及药物遗传学的常用细胞毒药物和抗逆转录病毒药物。
Physicians usually face the balance between curative effect and toxicity. The study of genetic genetics mainly focuses on how the genetic factors affect the response of the body to drugs, so that it can effectively select the individuals to be treated and eliminate the unpredictable adverse reactions. Pharmacogenetics is also used to identify the target population with minimal benefit or better response. As the response to chronic diseases is complex and involves many factors, just as people are committed to targeted therapies, future drug research will include the detection of multiple genetic interactions. This article focuses on commonly used cytotoxic drugs and antiretroviral drugs that are involved in pharmacogenetics.
