在AutoCAD中建立二维离心泵的几何模型,将模型转入GAMBIT进行网格划分,再利用Fluent数值模拟此离心泵内的二维流动。计算模拟结果显示出离心泵内的速度场、压力场和湍流强度等。采用标准的k-ε模型模拟得到的结果可真实反映离心泵内部的复杂流动,为离心泵的设计改良提供了可靠依据。
The geometric model of two-dimensional centrifugal pump is established in AutoCAD. The model is transferred to GAMBIT for meshing, and the two-dimensional flow in the centrifugal pump is simulated by Fluent numerical simulation. The simulation results show the velocity field, pressure field and turbulence intensity in the centrifugal pump. The results of simulation using the standard k-ε model can truly reflect the complex flow inside the centrifugal pump, which provides a reliable basis for the design improvement of the centrifugal pump.
