目的 探讨尿视黄醇结合蛋白(Retinol binding protein,RBP)在窒息新生儿肾功能损害早期诊断的临床价值。方法 应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对15例窒息新生儿及21例正常新生儿分别于生后1、3、7d进行RBP检测。结果 窒息组第1、3、7天尿RBP水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论尿RBP可用于窒息新生儿肾功能损害的早期诊断。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of Retinol binding protein (RBP) in the early diagnosis of renal dysfunction in asphyxia neonates. Methods 15 cases of asphyxia neonates and 21 cases of normal neonates were examined by RBP at 1,3,7 days after birth by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The urinary RBP levels on the 1st, 3rd, 7th day in the asphyxia group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Urinary RBP can be used for the early diagnosis of renal dysfunction in asphyxia neonates.
