目的 :探讨二维及彩色多普勒超声对微小甲状腺癌的诊断价值。方法 :对经手术病理证实的 2 6例微小甲状腺癌的超声诊断结果进行分析。结果 :高频超声对肿块检出率 10 0 %,超声诊断符合率 73 %( 19/ 2 6) ,细粒样钙化和低回声在微小甲状腺癌诊断中的特异性较高。彩色多普勒超声对肿块彩色血流检出率 42 %,而彩色血流丰富程度、收缩期流速增高 ,阻力指数减低 ,缺乏特异性。结论 :高频声像图中的钙化和低回声是诊断微小甲状腺癌的重要指标 ,而彩色血流丰富程度及频谱多普勒中的各项指标 ,尚缺乏有力依据 ,还需进一步探讨
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of minimal thyroid carcinoma. Methods: Ultrasound diagnosis of 26 cases of thyroid carcinoma confirmed by surgery and pathology was analyzed. Results: The detection rate of high-frequency ultrasound was 100%, and the coincidence rate of ultrasonic diagnosis was 73% (19/26). The specificity of fine-grained calcification and hypoechoic in the diagnosis of minimal thyroid carcinoma was high. Color Doppler ultrasound on the mass color flow detection rate of 42%, and color richness of blood flow, systolic flow rate increased, resistance index decreased, the lack of specificity. CONCLUSION: Calcification and hypoechoic in high-frequency ultrasonography are important indicators for the diagnosis of thyroid cancer. However, there is no strong basis for the color richness of blood flow and the indexes of spectrum Doppler, which need to be further explored
