开花是高等植物从营养生长转向生殖生长的一个重要的生理过程.近几年来对水稻开花的研究取得了一些新的进展.分析了水稻从营养生长向生殖生长转化过程中的基因控制,以及环境因素与植物内在发育程序对控制水稻开花时间的基因的影响,阐释了与拟南芥花器官发育的ABC模型相似的水稻的花器官发育机制,简述比较遗传学中利用基因共线性对开花控制位点的研究,这些研究结果为寻找更多的水稻开花基因并研究其功能提供了有意义的启示.
Flowering is an important physiological process for higher plants to switch from vegetative growth to reproductive growth. In recent years, the research on flowering of rice has made some new progress. The genetic control of rice transformation from vegetative growth to reproductive growth was analyzed, and the effects of environmental factors and plant intrinsic developmental programs on controlling the flowering time of rice were also analyzed. The effects of environmental factors on the development of transgenic Arabidopsis rice The mechanism of floral organ development is briefly described. The research on flowering control sites using gene colinearities in comparative genetics is summarized. These results provide significant implications for finding more rice flowering genes and studying their functions.
