This article gives an overview of the food safety regulatory system in Hong Kong and Singapore, the basic situation of food safety, the food regulatory system, the investigation of illegal traffic and the management of hawker centers. The differences between Shanghai and Hong Kong and Singapore in food regulation are analyzed and compared. Some Enlightenments and Suggestions on Advanced Experiences.
