以5个新育成的玉米自系为母本,导入热带玉米种质小群体的选系“中7490”的6个姊妹系为父本,按 NCⅡ 交配设计,对穗粒重等11个性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力效应进行了分析。结果表明,导入热带玉米种质的小群体同一基本株自交分离至7代的姊妹系,配合力仍有分离。自交系“中74—106”,几乎所有性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力,都具有较高发挥杂交优势的同步效应,为利用这个系可能选配出优良杂交组合,提供了依据。
Five new bred maize lines were used as female parents and six sister lines of “Zhong 7490”, which were selected from a small population of tropical corn germplasms, were selected as male parents. According to NCⅡ mating design, 11 traits General combining ability and special combining ability effect were analyzed. The results showed that there was still separation of the combining ability between the sibling lines that were introduced into the seventh generation from the same basic plant introduced into tropical maize germplasm. Inbred lines “74-106”, almost all the traits of the general combining ability and special combining ability, have a higher synergistic effect of hybridization effect, in order to use this line may be selected out of good hybrid combinations, provided the basis.
